| CHESABAR PAW PRINTS IN THE SAND “RYLEY” Ryley was born on February 22, 2005 at the famous Chesabar Kennels in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Chesabar Kennels is the home of the number one Chesapeake Bay Retriever 15 out of the last 16 years. He is sired by CH Chesabar’s Copper Mine, winner of the 2005 Chesapeake National Specialty Show. In a very limited show schedule thus far, Ryley has accomplished the following: 10/15/05 2005 Chesapeake Bay Retriever National Specialty 1st place in the 6 to 9 month dog class, defeating 18 other dogs. 11/4/05 Bald Eagle Kennel Club 1st place in class Winners Dog 11/5/05 Back Mountain Kennel Club 1st place in class Winners Dog Best of Winners 11/11/05 Salisbury MD. The one factor which makes these outstanding wins so amazing is that they have been accomplished with Ryley being handled by his owner Maryann Vaccaro of Temple, PA and his breeder Patsy Barber of Bridgeton, NJ. In the near future he will also be handled in the specials ring by Michelle Ostemiller, winner of the 2003 and 2004 Westminster. We look for bright future with Michelle. What makes Ryley so special? We believe he is a product of 30 years of outstanding breeding by the Chesabar Kennel, but Maryann Vaccaro also attributes his outstanding physic to her choice of dog food--Breeders Choice Avoderm Specialty Oven Baked. At 14 months Ryley is pure muscle and when the judges touch his coat their remarks are exceptional coat, phenomenal coat, outstanding coat. |
