The “Street of Shops” is a unique
shopping area of Renningers where
all the antique shops are privately
owned and operated. You will find
more than 20 small buildings
located just outside the main
antique building at Renningers.

More than 17 years ago, Phil Wood
and his son Tim were the pioneers
that built and owned several of the
first buildings. They took great pride
in developing the surrounding area
with beautiful landscaping. Today, it
is a highly desired area of
Renningers to shop and just relax in
the gardens.

Phil Wood has a diverse
background. He was a veteran of
the United States Army serving our
country in World War II, he was an
actor, singer, and worked for 20
plus years and retired as an
aerospace engineer manager.
Along with his interesting
background he also has 40 years of
Antique experience to include
antique restoration.

Phil contributed a great deal to the
little area we now call
“Street of
Shops”.
His shop is “Victoria’s
Treasures”
and located at the
most North East end of the street of
shop. He sells American furniture,
collectibles, and fine silver. Stop by
to see him…………you will find a
very interesting character.
