(NOTE: After you are set up, merchandise

Spaces are approximately 18' wide x 25'
deep (this allows most dealers to pull or
back their rigs straight in, rather than
having to parallel park in very tight
"The price to rent an outside space is $140
prior to two weeks before the show. After
the two week deadline the price of a space
increases to $160. Please be prepared to
pay the additional $20 charge when
booking a space. Spaces rented include
entry to the show for up to 2 people per
space, depending on the number of spaces
rented. Additional booth attendents will be
charged an amount of $15 each to enter
the show grounds. Entry passes are good
for all 3 show days. No added charges.
- All Antiques and Collectibles Dealers are
welcome to exhibit at our Extravaganzas .
Dealers allowed on premises after 6:00 PM
Sunday. However, dealers must stay in
campground until Wednesday.
- Dealer set-up is Noon to 5:00 PM,
Thursday. HOWEVER, after set up, all
merchandise must be covered and remain
covered until 10:00 AM Friday. No selling
on Thursday and/or before 10:00 AM
Dealers not setting up on Thursday may set
up Friday at 10:00 AM.
- Dealer set-up price is the same for one
day or all three days.
- All dealers will be able to park at their
space (18' wide x 25' deep).
- Tables & Tents available through rental
company. Rent in ADVANCE
- Dealers may camp Thursday, Friday and
Saturday night at their booth.
- NO ELECTRICITY is available.
GENERATORS may run between the hours
of 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- In addition to an extensive brochure
circulation throughout the nation,
Extravaganzas are promoted via TV, Radio,
major Antiques Publications and Newspaper.
- On Request, lodging information will be
sent with your reservation. - Please call for
information on assigned spaces and
availability of Pavilion space.
