| Monthly Antique Fairs Held the third weekend of the Month Except during Extravaganzas 2009 Dates Special Holiday Fair December 19 & 20 Over 100 dealers outside and under our open-air pavilions. Outside: $ 50 Covered Pavilions: $ 70 Prices include both days. *Limited availability. Call for reservations. All Antiques and Collectibles Dealers are welcome to exhibit at our Fairs. - No tables are available unless dealers have reserved them prior to the Fair. If additional tables are available, the cost will be $ 10 per table. - Dealers may camp Saturday night at their booths. - Showers available. |
| Antiques Extravaganzas 2010 Dates January 15, 16, 17 February 19, 20, 21 November 19, 20, 21 More than 1,000 dealers outside and under our open-air pavilions. Thursday, Noon - 5:00 Dealer set-up (NOTE: After you are set up, merchandise must be covered and remain covered until 10:00 AM Friday morning.) Dealers not setting up on Thursday may set up Friday at 10:00 AM. Opening to the Public - Friday, 10:00 AM Saturday & Sunday Open to the Public - 8:00 AM Dealer Space Available NO REFUNDS See additional details below. Spaces are 18' wide x 25' deep (this allows most dealers to pull or back their rigs straight in, rather than having to parallel park in very tight quarters). "The price to rent an outside space is $140 prior to two weeks before the show. After the two week deadline the price of a space increases to $160. Please be prepared to pay the additional $20 charge when booking a space. Spaces rented include entry to the show for up to 2 people per space, depending on the number of spaces rented. Additional booth attendents will be charged an amount of $10 each to enter the show grounds. Entry passes are good for all 3 show days. No added charges. - All Antiques and Collectibles Dealers are welcome to exhibit at our Extravaganzas . Dealers allowed on premises after 6:00 PM Sunday. However, dealers must stay in campground until Wednesday. - Dealer set-up is Noon to 5:00 PM, Thursday. HOWEVER, after set up, all merchandise must be covered and remain covered until 10:00 AM Friday. No selling on Thursday and/or before 10:00 AM Friday. Dealers not setting up on Thursday may set up Friday at 10:00 AM. - Dealer set-up price is the same for one day or all three days. - All dealers will be able to park at their space (18' wide x 25' deep). - We do NOT provide tables. Please bring your own. - Dealers may camp Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at their booth. - NO ELECTRICITY is available. GENERATORS may run between the hours of 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - In addition to an extensive brochure circulation throughout the nation, Extravaganzas are promoted via TV, Radio, major Antiques Publications and Newspaper. - On Request, lodging information will be sent with your reservation. - Please call for information on assigned spaces and availability of Pavilion space. *Booth Prices Subject to change on a yearly basis. |
